On March 17, 2012, party secretary of the company and chairman of the company Mr. Li Yong delivered guiding reports titled “Continue to Emancipate the Mind and Promote the Overall Rising” and “Change Work Attitudes and Improve Work Quality”.
Mr. Li first conveyed the essential ideas of the all-county discussion and concentrated study about the report “Continue to Emancipate the Mind and Promote the Overall Rising” presided by secretary Zhao and the (expanded) book-reading meeting of the theory study center group of the county party committee. He pointed out that this year the party committee and the government of the county proposed two strategic objectives: to implement the plan of multiplied increase and promote the Happiness Project. Since the restructuring, we have made some achievements in terms of construction development, innovation management, and operational performance, enjoying high popularity and reputation. However, the company still has some internal problems, either visible or invisible, in terms of ideology, the concept of development, market awareness, innovation ability, work style, management modes, and so on, which have become the resisting force and obstacles that hinder the development of the company. In face of the arduous tasks of the group, the rapidly changing development situations, and the constraints of various bottlenecks in the current work and development, it is both is imperative and urgent to carry out the discussion activities on the subject of emancipating minds.
The current discussion activities on the subject of emancipating minds must focus on cracking the prominent problems that restrict the development of the company. We must search out and eliminate the barriers that constrain the company from achieving better and faster development. The activities will be mainly carried out among the leaderships and cadres at all levels, while extensively absorbing employees to participate in. The activities should stick to the principle of opening minds, respecting public opinions, and brainstorming, to further clarify the goals and thoughts, create new models, and form a good atmosphere of “being united in doing our jobs and making concerted efforts to promote development”, and promote the scientific and harmonious development of New Dongyue Group.
