Looking back at our work in the past year, despite of some problems and difficulties we encountered in the development, we have not only maintained a good momentum of development, but also made new achievements in project constructions under the joint efforts of all our shareholders and employees. This indicates that we have strengthened our abilities to cope with complex situations in practice, and injected power and vitality into the process of solving problems. Our policies and objectives for the year of 2012 have been defined. Let us continue to carry forward the spirit of hardworking and struggling against all odds by taking on a brand new look, while being closely centered on the overall objective formulated by the party committee and the government of the county, that is, “to implement the plan of multiplied increase and promote the Happiness Project” and compliant with the working direction specified by the company, that is, “one center, two approaches, and one goal”, so as to create our mutual splendid future through our joint efforts.
