Sometimes I also encounter unexpected factors in my work, such as changes in vulcanization temperature and pressure. I always notify the operator at the first time. So as to avoid the occurrence of bad, I thank the company for giving me such a platform to reflect my value, so that I feel that I am no longer a mediocre person.

In order to complete the customer's order on the premise of ensuring the product quality, the leaders of the Quality Control Department and the Technical Department found a breakthrough in temperature and time and did experiments again and again. Through the unremitting efforts of the big guys and the active cooperation of the operators, they finally found the most suitable temperature and time to ensure the successful completion of the order. However, this prolongs the curing time, while the working hours remain the same, the output decreases and the income of the employees decreases. However, our employees are so reasonable that they all express that the enterprise has difficulties. They understand very well, just like living at home, which one has nothing to do? They believe that the difficulties are only temporary. Looking at their resolute eyes and listening to their simple words, I am very moved and proud of having such good employees. It is precisely because of these employees with high quality and high ideological awareness that the enterprise can develop in a better and healthier direction. I know that no matter what difficulties the company encounters in the development process, the employees will continue to support the company, so that the company will remain invincible in the strong market.

In 2014, my dream finally came true and I became a real new Dongyue employee. After attending the three-level training, I was assigned to the forming process of butyl workshop. This is a relatively unfamiliar position. The unfamiliar working environment and technological process made me feel timid. Thanks to the timely help of workshop leaders and colleagues, they patiently did my ideological work and taught me how to operate and matters needing attention. With the care of leaders and the help of colleagues, I gradually adapted to this job.
